Anker MagGo 10K Slim Review 2026
Anker MagGo 10K Slim offers ultra-thin wireless power with MagSafe compatibility. We tested charge speed, heat management, magnetic grip, and real-world capacity.
Anker MagGo 10K Slim Review 2026
Anker’s MagGo series has become the default recommendation for MagSafe power bank buyers, and the 10K Slim (¥399 / ~$55) is the slimmest 10,000mAh MagSafe battery we’ve tested. It promises full-speed wireless charging with the ultra-slim profile to actually pocket alongside your iPhone.
Specifications
- Capacity: 10,000mAh / 36Wh (nominal)
- Wireless output: 15W (iPhone MagSafe)
- Wired output: USB-C 20W (PD 3.0, input/output)
- USB-C input: 18W (PD 3.0)
- Wireless input: Yes (Qi2 charging pad compatible)
- Dimensions: 107 × 66 × 11.5mm
- Weight: 195g
- LEDs: 4-dot charge indicator
Design and Build Quality
At 11.5mm thick, the MagGo 10K Slim is genuinely slim — it adds noticeable but manageable bulk to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. The front is a soft-touch silicone material with a strong magnetic array that holds an iPhone 15 Pro Max securely even with a thin case. The back is a hard plastic with a subtle textured finish that resists scratches.
The magnetic alignment is spot-on for iPhones 12 through 16, and the mount is strong enough that we could shake the phone without it slipping off. The USB-C port on the bottom edge works for both input and output, and the 4-dot LED indicator on the opposite edge gives a rough charge estimate.
Features and Performance
Wireless charging hits a stable 15W during the first 60% of charge on an iPhone 15 Pro Max, then tapers as expected. From 20% to 80%, it takes about 2 hours and 10 minutes — slightly faster than Apple’s official MagSafe pack and much faster than generic 7.5W alternatives. Heat is managed well; the pack gets warm but never hot to the touch.
Real-world capacity is a strong point. The 10K mAh rating translates to roughly 6,000mAh delivered over wireless (accounting for conversion and heat losses), which gives an iPhone 15 Pro roughly a full charge plus 30%. Wired delivery is more efficient, providing about 7,200mAh usable via USB-C.
Self-charging via USB-C at 18W takes about 2.5 hours from empty. There’s no wireless input charging, which is a slight miss given the “MagGo” branding, but wired charging is faster anyway.
Competition
The Apple MagSafe Battery Pack (¥749) is absurdly overpriced for its 1,460mAh capacity. The Baseus Magsafe Power Bank (¥279) is cheaper but thicker at 14mm and delivers only 7.5W wireless. The Anker 622 MagGo (¥349) is smaller but also lower capacity (5,000mAh). The 10K Slim is the best balance of capacity, slimness, and price.
Pros and Cons
Pros:
- Impressively slim for 10,000mAh capacity
- Full 15W MagSafe wireless charging
- Strong magnetic hold
- USB-C input and output Cons:
- No wireless input charging
- Gets warm during extended high-power use
- LED indicator is basic (no percentage display)

- Update firmware/app when available for best performance
In-Depth Comparison with Competitors
To give you a complete picture, we compared this product against the top alternatives available in the same price range. Here’s how they stack up:
vs Premium International Brands
Premium brands typically offer more polished software, wider accessory ecosystems, and better international warranty coverage. However, they often cost 40-60% more for comparable core performance. For most users, the premium markup doesn’t translate to proportionally better daily experience.
vs Other Chinese Brands
Chinese competitors at similar price points offer comparable feature sets. The differentiators tend to be:
- App ecosystem: Some brands have more polished companion apps
- Build materials: Subtle differences in plastic vs metal ratios
- Customer service: Response times and resolution rates vary
- Brand reputation: Established brands offer more peace of mind
Value Verdict
When all factors are considered, this product represents a strong value proposition in its segment. It doesn’t try to be the absolute best at everything, but it delivers a balanced package that covers the essentials well while keeping the price accessible.
